Roof life.
It's a task to coat your roof. But it's soooo worth it. A scrub down of your roof with a good surfactant ie Simple Green, RV roof wash products ets. Keep the rig wet all around. This product coats the Dicor the vents everywhere. A white roof is a cool roof. It's not a paint . A 1/2 inch knapp roller, blue tape, patience will save your RV. I can coach you through it or take on the job it's of the best maintenance items you can get.

Tires age out before they wear out !
5 years is the timeframe. Certainly heavy travel wear is always to be monitored. If the RV is sitting at home or a seasonal park the tires are degrading, UV light from sunlight , rain, mud and frozen ground seriously affects tires.
